Right now the moon is waxing gibbous, so to see many stars you'll have to wait for the moon to set, and I think tomorrow the moon will set at 4 am. So the best time will be from 4 to 6 am. But shooting when the moon is still visible will illuminate the landscape. Three great places for taking photos would be Llano de los Jables, La Cumbrecita and Roque de los Muchachos (the highest point on the island). And finally, use a high ISO, the widest aperture (smallest f-number) and an exposure of around 20-30 seconds. Check out this moon phases calendar: www.moonconnection.com/moon_ph...

Ah, thank you so much! I'm very surprised that my parents didn't argue about whether we will go there that late (early?)! We will stay at Tazacorte. Which one would be the nearest? And do I need ADL for that kind of photos?
Haha You're lucky then! The nearest of the three would be La Cumbrecita. If you come from Tazacorte, then go to Los Llanos de Aridane (a town) and then to El Paso (also a town). when you've passed the center of El Paso then you'll get a roundabout. After that, right before the "centro de visitantes" you'll see a sign that says "Parque Nacional" (the National Park), you follow it and then you go straight ahead for almost 1 km and follow a sign that says "La Cumbrecita". After seeing this sign then keep going for another 6 km and you'll arrive to a parking lot in the middle of a pine forest between to large mountains.
I've never used ADL because I use Canon, but after looking it up I'm pretty sure you shouldn't use it. Good luck!
Actually my favourite places are the ones I mentioned before In my opinion the three best beaches would be Playa Nogales in Puntallana (but be careful, this one is a bit dangerous), Charco Verde in Santa Cruz de la Palma (the capital) and Playa Nueva in Fuencaliente.
Oh, ok. Actually the Sagittarius Arm isn't a constellation but a spiral arm of our galaxy. It is named like that because as seen from Earth it's close to the Sagittarius constellation. And yes, both of them can be seen in the center of the photo.
